We are committed to helping everyone benefit from green products. We introduced the Indiana-made Sunrise Solar Attic Fan to Habitat for Humanity. We helped provide solar fans for 65 Habitat homes built in the past three years. We were also able the get the local utility to underwrite some of the upfront costs. The new home owner also received a federal tax credit for the product as well. Solar powered attic fans work to exhaust hot air that builds up inside the attic in the summer months. Reducing heat build up keeps the rest of the house cooler and reduces cooling costs. This is a project we will continue to be a part of each year.
